Elaborated example calculation of maximum anchor chain forces

The 2020 edition of the intact stability code has been extended with, among other things, regulations on the maximum allowable chain force for anchor handling vessels. The implementation of these rules in PIAS has been released on August 21, 2019. This calculation involves many iterations and decompositions of anchor forces, much too many to be included in output. In order to gain some insight in the calculation flow, one of the PIAS users ordered at SARC a manual elaboration of the calculation steps for one particular test case.
