PIAS module: Outflow
The International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) contains requirements on the maximum outflow of oil in case of collision or grounding damage. PIAS module Outflow has these probabilistic rule pre-programmed, and is designed to verify a tank layout against these rules, for both oil tanks and cargo tanks.
